Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Onexa ("Onexa", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Onexa website, applications, and services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, placing an order, or otherwise indicating your acceptance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

• "Onexa", "we", "us" — the operator of this website and service.
• "You", "user" — any person who accesses or uses the service.
• "Service" — the Onexa website, the quote and checkout flow, and related tools.
• "Order" — a request you submit to purchase a digital asset for delivery to a wallet address.
• "Digital asset" — a cryptocurrency or token supported by the service.
• "Payment provider" — the third party that processes your payment on its own hosted checkout.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to buy digital assets where you live. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not be a person with whom dealing is prohibited under applicable sanctions or anti-money-laundering laws. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you.

Onexa does not require you to create an account. Orders are placed as a guest, and a short record of your recent orders may be kept on your own device for your convenience. You are responsible for anything done through your device and for keeping your order references and wallet details secure.

Prices for digital assets are drawn from a market data feed and move continuously. Each quote shows the applicable rate, a transparent percentage fee, and the exact amount of crypto you will receive. A quote is valid only for the limited window shown on screen; once it expires, a new quote applies. We take reasonable care to display accurate prices but do not warrant that any price is error-free, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order affected by a manifest pricing error.

Our fee is shown as a clear percentage before you confirm, and it is already reflected in the amount of crypto you will receive. Your payment provider, card issuer, or bank may apply their own separate charges (for example, currency conversion or processing fees) over which we have no control. Network (blockchain) fees may also apply to the delivery of your crypto.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Your card and billing details are entered on the provider's secure checkout, not on Onexa, and are subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details in order to fulfil and support your order. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or security of the payment provider.

Once a payment is confirmed, an order is prepared for delivery of the digital asset to the wallet address you provided, on the network you selected. Delivery timing depends on payment confirmation, review, and network conditions, and no specific delivery time is promised. Title and risk in a digital asset pass to you when it is sent to your wallet address.

You must provide a correct wallet address on the correct network. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Onexa checks the address format for the network you select, but format validation cannot confirm that an address is one you actually control. A technically valid address you do not control, or an address on the wrong network, can result in the permanent and unrecoverable loss of the digital asset, for which Onexa is not responsible. Always double-check the address and network before you confirm.

Because digital assets are delivered by irreversible blockchain transactions and their prices are volatile, orders generally cannot be cancelled or reversed once the crypto has been sent. If a payment is taken but an order cannot be fulfilled, we will work with you and the payment provider to resolve it. Nothing in these terms affects any non-excludable rights you may have under the law that applies to you.

We may apply checks to comply with anti-money-laundering, sanctions, fraud-prevention, and other legal obligations, and may decline, delay, or reverse an order, or request further information, where we reasonably consider it necessary to do so.

You agree not to:

• use the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any unlawful purpose;
• use the service to transact on behalf of a sanctioned person or in a sanctioned jurisdiction;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• provide false, misleading, or incomplete information; or
• infringe our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

The Onexa name, logo, site design, text, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

The service relies on and may link to third parties, including the payment provider, market data feeds, blockchain networks, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their availability, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Nothing on Onexa is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for understanding the risks. Please read our Risk Warning.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onexa and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or digital assets, arising out of or relating to your use of the service — including losses arising from market movements, incorrect wallet details, network failures, or third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold Onexa and its operators harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or that suspension is necessary to protect the service, other users, or to comply with the law.

We may modify or discontinue the service, and we may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service, are governed by the laws applicable to Onexa's operator, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to first contact us to try to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal proceedings.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements. We will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
